The landscape is designed with low-maintenance native vegetation and equipped with play areas, benches, tables, contemplative areas, pedestrian walkways and public lighting to coexist with the residential blocks.

To create a cohesive space and inviting meeting point, custom urban furniture has been designed to encourage group gatherings and provide a space for those who wish to enjoy some sun or fresh air during the day.

A unique flooring pattern is incorporated which significantly elevates the visual appeal of the outdoor spaces and connects them with the environs of the building. The flooring design sectors the spaces and uses of the area. At the same time, it presents an innovative and modern design, using colors and playful equipments to attract visitors. This project is worked in collaboration with Studio 2+2.
