The building’s form is a solution to optimizing space and enhancing natural light. The open courtyard at the heart of the design fosters a sense of community and connection, while also providing a serene outdoor area for business owners, employees and visitors. The C-shape allows for a seamless flow between different sections of the building, promoting efficiency and accessibility.

The central courtyard offers a unique space for communal activities, events, or relaxation, effectively serving as the building’s focal point. Offices, retail spaces, and health centres are strategically arranged around this central area, benefiting from abundant natural light and easy access. Minimal detailing with balanced texture cohesively fills the urban void.

This commercial building reacts to urban, local and human scales through vertical accent and simultaneous horizontal split. An unstructured masonry grid of piers and beams frames glazed apertures. This project is worked in collaboration with Studio 2+2.
